At Ascend Cert, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding refunds for our services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first submit a refund request in writing to our customer support team at hello@ascendcert.com within the specified refund period.

 

You may request a refund if:

  • You encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the software as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • You are dissatisfied with the functionality or performance of the software and have provided detailed feedback to our team for improvement.

  • You have unintentionally purchased duplicate subscriptions or services.

  • Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with the software must include specific details outlining the reasons for the request.

We will not grant refunds to any purchaser who begins, and either fails the process, or fails to complete the process. Refunds can only be processed prior to accessing the actual certification process.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@ascendcert.com and provide the following information:

  • Your full name and contact information.

  • The order or subscription number associated with your purchase.

  • A detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Our customer support team will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to process the refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within [number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days] of approval.
Once a refund is issued, access to the software and related services will be terminated.
